CBD Oil 10% Broad Spectrum – 30ml

Our CBD is extracted from organically grown, sun-grown free-range hemp, in a unique process to preserve the full active ingredient profile of the valuable ingredients. Our concept is to use the whole hemp plant, therefore we use best hemp seed oil as carrier oil.

Our CBD oil has an outstanding quality, which is distinguished by a mild, fresh taste. The special extraction process enables a purity that is unique. For all situations in which you need inner peace and balance, reduce stress, reduce anxiety and preventively contribute to your health, our CBD oil is intended. Besides omega-3 as well as omega-6 fatty acids, our oil is rich in naturally occurring terpenes and flavonoids.

What is the difference between full spectrum and broad spectrum?
Our CBD oil 10% – 30ml is a broad spectrum oil. This means that besides the cannabidiol oil (CBD) other cannabinoids are included. The THC content is 0%. The various cannabinoids, including plant terpenes, enhance the natural properties of the oil. This effect is also called Entourage effect called.

A full-spectrum CBD oil, on the other hand, has an additional THC content, but it is less than 0.2% and therefore legal in Germany.

Does your CBD oil have an intoxicating effect?
No. Our CBD oil 10% broad spectrum is free of THC. Only our full spectrum CBD oils have a THC content, but it is less than 2% and therefore also does not lead to an intoxicating effect.
How quickly does an effect occur after taking your CBD oil?
Each person reacts differently to CBD oil. According to reports, some people experience the effect within 30 minutes, especially if the oil is salivated in the mouth for 60-90 seconds and can thus immediately enter the bloodstream through the mucous membranes. According to other reports, however, it can take several days before an effect is felt.
Dosage recommendation for CBD from Mayo Clinic
There is a dosage recommendation from the world famous Mayo Clinic that you can use as a guideline.

It is recommended to start with a low dosage of 3 mg/dose and then gradually increase the dose by 2 – 5 mg every week.

Directions

The effect of CBD is very individual and works differently for each person. We recommend taking our CBD Oil 10% Broad Spectrum – 30ml starting with a small amount and gradually increasing. This type of increase is called “creeping in”.

Content CBD Oil 10% Broad Spectrum – 30ml

  • 1 bottle = 30 ml liquid = 3000 mg CBD = 30 pipettes
  • 1 pipette = 1 ml liquid = 30 drops = 100 mg CBD
  • 1 drop = approx. 3 mg CBD

Intake (sublingual)

For sublingual ingestion, the CBD oil is drizzled under the tongue and salivated (kept in the mouth and allowed to take effect) for about 60-90 seconds before being swallowed.

Advantage: In this way, the CBD reaches the bloodstream directly through the mucous membranes and achieves the fastest possible effect with maximum bioavailability. In this way you bypass the digestion. If you swallow the CBD oil immediately, the stomach will first break down the CBD, the small intestine will absorb it and the liver will metabolize it.


CBD initial dose
It is recommended to start with 2.5 – 5 mg of CBD. This means: 1 – 2 drops / day. After 2 – 3 days you can gradually increase the dose.

CBD Optimal daily dose
Since each person reacts differently, the optimal daily dose is not so easy to answer. As a rule, 25 mg CBD / day is recommended preventively, so here a 1/4 pipette per day. If the desired effect does not occur, the dose can also be slowly increased further.

CBD maximum daily dose
Here, too, each user must decide for himself. The FSE recommends not to exceed the daily dose of 75 mg CBD (here 3/4 pipette).

CBD side effects
Side effects are only known with a very high intake amount. These include nausea, dizziness and diarrhea. If you experience these symptoms, reduce the amount of CBD.

    My absolute favorite CBD oil!
    I take 2 drops in the morning and am so beautifully balanced and harmonized.
    It carries me through the day. Since I take the oil, my shoulder tensions (stress-related) are completely gone.
